Learn the Japanese technique of Reiki, an ancient non-evasive, gentle energy that assists the circulatory system, aids in balancing emotions, and naturally calms an overly active mind.  Reiki was revived by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 1900’s and used for relaxation purposes, however it quickly was discovered that it activated progressive and profound healing results. You will learn how to use it on yourself and others, and to adopt it to your daily life. You do not need any special skills to learn or use Reiki, anyone can do it. Reiki is based on intention, not skill.

Reiki level I places Reiki energy into your hands, and Level II gives you 3 symbols to use to direct the energy and increase the strength of its healing capabilities.  The Reiki symbols can only be activated and used when a Master/Teacher attunes them to your energy centers (chakras) during a Reiki training class.  

Reiki Level I              

• Learn Reiki Principles & History
• Experience energy in your hands
• Learn self-healing techniques
• Learn what can be treated
• Learn scanning and beam techniques
• Practice on yourself
• Includes the William Rand Method Reiki I & II Manual

Reiki Level II         

• Learn 3 symbols that increase the intensity of the Reiki energy to address emotional and mental issues and for sending distant Reiki
• Learn how and when to use the Reiki symbols effectively
• Learn distant healing techniques
• Learn Gasho Meditation
• Learn hand positions and how to give a complete Reiki session
• Practice in class
• Learn how to treat an animal with Reiki
• Discuss creating your own practice
• Reiki I & II Certificate of Completion

Dennie has been a Reiki practitioner since 2005 and has advanced beyond Reiki Master/Teacher and is a certified Karuna Reiki® II practitioner with 17 Reiki symbols to direct the energy. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations requesting a refund (less $195 non-refundable registration fee) can be sent in writing by mail or by email up to 5 days prior to training date. No refunds after 5 days from the class date.
